Sport fishing my passion, my lifestyle
the beginning
Born in 1977 in Naples, Italy, I embraced my passion for fishing since a very early age.
Since I was only 4, my family used to bring me along to a 2 months holiday in Greece. That’s where I first fall in love with the undersea world: in one of the most magical fishing spots of the entire Mediterranean Sea.
Since then, my passion for fishing kept growing. At only 16 years old I was elected the technical director of a sport fishing club in Naples, the Fishing Club Petrarca. I started to win competitions and in 1994 I became the trolling regional champion of the Italian federation. At 19 years old I moved to Parga, Greece, where I had my first sport fishing charter boats and a shipyard.
In 2004 I came back to Italy where I continued my charters and started to spread my knowledge, mostly through sport fishing magazines at the beginning.
Lots of partnerships and cooperation in different sport fishing branches started then:
documentaries (presenter and productions);
consulting;
communication, education, conservation;
testimonial;
events management.

Dal 2007 è Testimonial del Marchio d'eccellenza della strumentazione da pesca dalla Barca: Lowrance del Gruppo Navico, Leader mondiale dell'elettronica marina. Negli anni l'Azienda gli affidata la figura di Fishing ProStaff e da tre anni è diventato ProTeam.

E' stato testimonial del Marchio Chatch&Relese produttore di occhiali da pesca, dell'Azienda Studio Link e sposato dalla grande firma di Santo Versace, Presidente della Fondazione Operation Smile Italia Onlus, che da ormai 10 anni è sostenuta nel mondo della pesca dal Capt. Onofaro.
Da più di 10 anni è Product Developer per le Aziende:
Falcon, ATC, Tiburon, WMC, Waki, Bulox, DTD, Jatsui, Surecatch, Pac Bay.
Queste Aziende hanno inoltre prodotto per il Capitano, linee di Canne da Pesca e accessori brandizzati con il suo nome.
E' contattato costantemente da Grandi Eventi Sportivi e da Gare nazionali e internazionali di Pesca, Fiere ed Eventi Nautico e Alieutici come Testimonial e come ospite d'onore.
